Man I haven’t seen a lot of these. And I’ve got to say the quality is freakin spectacular. To this day, taking the technology and techniques of the time, Buldar’s Gate 2 is the most visually stunning game I’ve seen. When I first saw it the quality, style, and detail was breath taking. And I still find it pleasing to look at today.

That said I have little doubt that after all this time I may have my opinion shifted to a new number one later in july. I find myself stopping to look at all the little details in these screenshots and enjoying every second of it. To think that with enough patience I will be able to produce my own areas of the same quality with the editor is exciting as hell.

I am sadface about the release date being father back then I expected but that is because I am looking forward to this game so much. Thanks for all the hard work!

    Those all look lovely.

I’m really fond of all the details put into them, whether the shop names (Orks & Forks made me chuckle, I really dig that one), NPC placement (the couple in a boot, the guy his arm passed around the shoulder of the woman – hope the reverse is possible), the perfect feel of high-tech/low-life captured by the artistic direction, with all its derelict/refurbished items.

Great work people. You deserve more praise.

Please look at Watchdogs! Reskin that game with shadowrun over it and use that exact real-time outside world manipulation hacking mechanic. Then add the totally different look, style, and gameplay mechanic in cyber world hacking!!!!!! Please make this game the sequel, prequel, or spinoff of Shadowrun Returns! Trust me anyone who played the snes game WILL buy that game! Make the Console version have first person, third person close, and third person full 3/4 views!!!!! You can have two versions of the game, the full $60 console and PC game, with said views, and the $15 downloadable only 3/4 view!!!!!

I just got to say, I can understand, and definitely appreciate the push back to late July (if you didn’t need the time you wouldn’t have taken it), but with all that in mind…I am literally (figuratively) frothing at the mouth to get this game.

Can’t wait to see what everyone makes with the editor. How easy will expanding the toolset tile sets be?
